This digital painting is born from the magic of the moor, a richness where the source of life is the paramo, a richness where the source of life comes from “El Agua”, a territory that has to be defended and protected from the greed of man who only wants gold and cement, calling it “progress”.

However, people who are aware of the treasure that is water, go out and demonstrate to defend the ecosystem of the páramo, to shout and say no to mining and no to the construction of houses in the wetlands.
Because our territory connects us with nature and when we visit it we find ourselves in a place of peace and tranquility, a space where we can appreciate fireflies that light up that illuminate our moonlit paths and the frailejones that endow us with their wisdom.

Thanks to the purchase of this work, $75 will be donated to the Restaurando Futuro Foundation, whose objectives are to design, plan and implement social intervention projects that provide innovative solutions to mitigate the harmful effects associated with vulnerability in young people in the town of Tolima (Colombia).

These projects are focused on artistic and cultural development and promotion and new technologies.
